Through the power of encouragement, Team 3L helps men and their families, college-age students, and kids discover and live a life of impact and significance—in family, career, and wealth.
We believe encouragement is not soft—it’s strategic. Encouragement, applied with wisdom, is what unlocks courage, clarity, and consistency in the people you care about most. From there, our frameworks for family, career, and wealth help them turn that courage into action, impact, and legacy.
“Encourage deeply. Equip wisely. Empower legacy.”
You may already be a high earner, but you feel the weight of leading your home, your work, and your money well. Team 3L helps men and their families move from silent pressure to shared purpose—strengthening marriages, fatherhood, and financial leadership through encouragement and practical wisdom.
College isn’t just about classes and careers; it’s where you’re quietly deciding who you will become as a spouse, a parent, a professional, and a steward of wealth. Team 3L equips students with the encouragement, clarity, and strategies they need to build lives of impact and significance from the start.
Children are facing pressures we never imagined. Through initiatives like The Encouragement Project, Team 3L brings encouragement-driven experiences that help kids know their worth, stand against bullying, and grow toward a future of impact and significance in their own family, career, and wealth journey.

The Anonymous Do Gooder is a Christ‑follower, seasoned professional, and quiet benefactor who believes true wealth is measured by the value created for others, not just by what is accumulated.
Choosing to stay out of the spotlight, this Do Gooder has committed significant resources so that every act of encouragement through the Do Gooder Challenge can also become a sponsorship seed for student spiritual formation, leadership development, and career preparation.
Motivated by the heart of Proverbs 3, Luke 10, and Matthew 25, the Anonymous Do Gooder would rather see kids, families, and schools flourish than see their own name celebrated and is honored to stand behind the scenes so others can step forward and Do Good.
